Miss Katherine Bogue

Katherine Bogue was born on November 7, 1881 in London, England, to David, a journalist and author, and Maria Kate Bogue. She joined the Society of Women Journalists in June 1904. She was proposed for membership by Heath Joyce, editor of The Graphic. Between 1904 and 1906 she resided with her maternal aunt, Catherine, and uncle, George Mordaunt, Esq., in Fowey, Cornwall. In the 1930s she worked as an unpaid social worker.
