Mrs. Cora Oliveira
Cora Grace Oliveira, née Whitworth, was born on August 15, 1870, in Lambeth, Surrey, England, to Philis M. Whitworth and William S. Whitworth, a civil engineer. She had an older brother, Walter S. Whitworth, and a younger sister, Winifred Whitworth. Around 1895, Cora married Benjamin Diamant Mitchell Oliveira. The couple lived in Clevedon and Bournemouth and had one son, Benjamin Ernest Graeme Oliveira. She joined the Society of Women Journalists in 1904.
Oliveira died on August 27, 1950 at the age of 80.
